Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, not activated or registered, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via refund@blulinc.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as activated or registered keys or passes. Please contact us if you have any questions or doubts about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Trade

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, as soon as the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
