How does it work?

Application via employer or provider of the Cafeteria Plan
The employee applies for the charging card via the employer or cafeteria plan manager.

Choice: Charging card with predetermined budget
The employee chooses a charging card with a preset budget that is arranged via the cafeteria plan.

Application at Blulinc
The employer or cafeteria plan administrator forwards the application to Blulinc for further processing.

Processing by Blulinc
Blulinc processes the request and registers the charging card for the employee.

Delivery Charging Card
The charging card will be sent to the employee within 1 to 3 days after request.

Use of Charging Card
The employee can use the charging card directly at charging stations and the costs are settled via the predetermined budget.

Site Survey
Blulinc conducts a site survey at the employee's home to assess the technical capabilities and installation requirements.

Installation of the Charging Point
After the site survey, the installation of the charging point is planned and carried out within 14 to 21 days after signing the lease.

Delivery & Short Training
After installation, Blulinc provides a brief explanation about how to use the charging point and the Blulinc app. The installation is then inspected and finally delivered.
